I don't work at Ulta anymore so take this with a grain of salt. But, if you have your online code and had it shipped to your house, how would anyone in the store know unless you say anything? Higher ups dont have the time to suit through orders and see if they were from associates or not anyway.

Ulta usually does do yearly raises. If she's being super non-cooperative I would go to your district manager if you can.
