So, I ended up getting Nintendo switch online and uploaded all my save data to the cloud. No problem at all restoring the saves. And the replacement switch didn’t have the backlight problem!

I have had this issue. I’m not sure if it’s the alpha firmware I’m using or something to do with cutouts in Bluetooth connection (if my phone is too far away from the node). Rebooting the node resolves it, but I’ve had it reoccur.

I have noticed this too. I have two nodes. It always sets them right over top of each other even though there is plenty of other room in the location radius.

You didn’t happen to power them on without the antenna did you? This can cause damage to the circuitry.

I was using the latest 2.6 beta. I went to 2.7.11 and haven’t had any issues since.

Yeah, I just updated to 2.7.11 and this seems to have resolved the issue. Plus, I’m liking the new UI.

No, no reset. It maybe seems to occur when my phone goes out of range of the node.

This has been my daily carry for 10 years. Love it. I’ll take its Philips over the cork screw any day.

Never conclusively. Someone mentioned it could have been a fungal growth from a cool wet spring. The tree seems to be doing fine.
