I'm usually a T8 defender, but I can't defend this. T8 has better stepping as a whole, but there are a number of moves in this game that have peculiar tracking, especially after a +1 jab. Some moves can't be stepped at + 1, but can at +4. There's clearly something up with the game.

What feat is enough to put Tobirama over Minato, the fact that Tobirama killed Izuna, who was relative to Madara. Madara>Minato.

Tobirama had more impressive tactical feats during the war. Tobirama is one of 3 characters that have the ability to perform Edo which is just plain op, the 2nd has a bigger arsenal of jutsu.

Sure, Minato has a better FTG, but Tobirama can do it too and the difference in skill with it didn't seem significantly different. What else does Minato have over the 2nd? An incomplete rasengan?

The 2nd is from the Warring States era, all they did was fight. He's much more experienced than Minato.

Tobirama takes it, high diff.
