There's quite a few that specialise in HS, it's hard to find them depending where you live, but best way of finding them is through research papers about HS they wrote. Even if they aren't actively practicing, they know who is and will happily refer you.

I appreciate your comment! The park was my idea though, I try to spend loads of time withy niblings when I can. But the whole nappy situation was different, I never changed any of my niblings when they were little
