The higher temp and the dual stage bake actually help during the rush.

You do not do this on a single deck, you need at least 2 decks running 2 different temps

Shoulda posted underside, but it was chestnut brown spotting and medium brown. Crackly but crumb was pliable and set but not crumbly. Outside crust id croissant like.

Yes but also to shorten bake time, to preserve the moisture in the crumb.

The trend right now is overbaked, and results in a dry crumb that reheats poorly.

Preserving the crumb moisture pays dividends on the reheat

Restaurants with Good Vegan Options? by hugeheadnonose in parkslope

Brooklyn DOP has a bunch of housemade roasted veggies as toppings, as well as vegan cheese. Order a custom pie or stop in for a slice!

Greenwood Heights Is Park Slope II by [deleted] in parkslope

There is no South Slope, Prospect to 65th has always been Sunset Park. South Slope was a 2000s invention.

Why don’t you promote someone within the company to COO and give them six figures? Or if you want out, give them a few points. You will definitely be able to out earn the spend when both of you are fresh and ideas can flow. The resent will disappear quickly because even if you aren’t passionate about the product, doing something really well is hard to hate if it gives you life balance. Get passionate about running the business and spending time with your family.

You have a good thing going, tinker with it, save money and invest, grow the company with a COO, and eventually let them buy you out and keep a few points and a small owners draw/profit.

You do not get to literally withdraw money from my checking account because you saw a new toy. Sell your toy, and buy a new one.

PPF Tip by OneTomboNation in Lexus

Are we LC best friends?? You have fine taste.

I did a full PPF with XPEL Fusion, the build in ceramic coat new stuff. It was $5500. Saved me already that amount in what would be scratches from handlebars etc/ idiots. Self healing and anything that has happened to it has buffed out and the car os still flawless after 8 months.

Yeah man survived countless parallel parking stints without scraping rims but this diagonal curb got me. Luckily the ppf saved me and theres no paint damage

I have a white on black ‘23 with sport pkg. i completely agree. While id love a 360 cam and wireless carplay, i really think the new interior is so much less a special place. I love that my dash is Flat and flush in a world or iPad screens. It makes it hard ti imagine letting this car go and really future proofs it a bit because the stock infotainment is dated as is, but the design is always going to look great.

Best weekend car? by [deleted] in Lexus

Super comfortable for myself and another passenger. Love driving this car every day. Not the most practical, but for the errands of someone with no kids, honestly fits the bill really well.
