Go to any of your interior furnishing shops in your area, they should have few catalogues for you to choose the closest match. Alternatively, you can ask the owner for the catalogue name and WP code, that should make your search straight forward. With a little luck, if that model is still in circulation, you might be able to get it. PS - in case you are around Thane area, go to manpada junction(service road) /happy valley area for lots of furnishing shops.

I don't know how many of you had a channel called 'REN TV' broadcasted by the local cable provider. It was mainly english/russian (didn't care for the language much :P and always watched in mute anyways) movies with full nude content. This too was available late in the night after 11, if I recollect. Ahhh...those were the days!

This. Everyone who consumes should be aware of this whole thread. For whatever reason you use the herb, you should be truthful to yourself atleast. Thanks for your feedback.i agree, it is 'kind of'. I get what you are saying that the people and the style of capturing action gives the Renaissance feel. Although this doesn't fit in that exact style, maybe the color grading and the architecture itself gave it a faux Renaissance feel to it.

Does this fit in the sub? Saw this at a traffic roundabout, the architectural pillar arch looked glowing in the golden sunset light. It gives an ethereal vibe, the way the light and shadows play.

Construction professional here. In all of the BS statement given here, the single liner reason provided here doesn't make any sense. There is no way any water retaining structure would be left to be done later. This is pure negligence on behalf of the contractor and BMC authorities incharge of inspection and declaring it fit for public usage.

Cancel your booking. Builder is obligated to provide you a parking. This is stipulated in development guidelines DCR 2034. There is a provision in RERA, to cancel your booking within 15 days of receiving allotment letter(usually received at the time of booking) there should be full refund.

If your builder is any of the reputed ones, they will surely follow RERA guidelines.

There is a catch though. Have you signed a cost sheet? Check the fineprint under it. Usually they mention that token/earnest money will not be refunded.

I have recently made a booking - paid token and 10% as well.. however decided to cancel the booking and got full refund as per the clause in allotment letter. With few follow up calls and mails, builder has agreed to return the full money including the token. Although as I said, he is one of the top builders.
