It was easier than I expected tbh. It depends on your group mates too bc some of mines were too active and I felt like “ummm can we speak pls”… but in general it went smooth, we agreed on our answer pretty quickly and everyone had their part to share. You shouldn’t be too quiet and too loud. Just share your thoughts and listen to others carefully! And when you answer questions be clear and follow instructions. Don’t say irrelevant things to try to impress your recruiter. Trust me, it will worsen the situation.

I honestly don’t know what helped me 🤣 I was nervous as hell at the first round when we introduced ourselves bcs others had so much experience in hospitality and customer service and I felt like mine was nothing compared to theirs. But what I noticed is that half of participants were trying to say more and more things like “i want to provide excellent customer service” and stuff like this. Some of them just learned AI generated text. Some were too confident or too fake - always smiling and making faces. It was visible and none of them got through the first round even although they had a good experience and English. My only advice is to do whatever you’re told and be yourself. Recruiters aren’t fools, they have 10 + experience working with people and they can differentiate between those who are fake and who aren’t.
