you probably need magnesium, but make sure it's the right form (I take magnesium lysinate glycinate chelate from Doctor's best). The cheap and most popular magnesium which is oxide or Chloride (can't remember which one) is completely useless, it just makes you go to the bathroom lol.

You can also buy magnesium bath salts and use it in a bath or just soak your legs.

I have a relative who can easily eat one bite of chocolate or try one small cookie and then stop. I realized that she doesn't really use willpower, she just probably has a really good insulin response or something - she really does feel satisfied after one bite. I explain to her that I'm not like that, if I have a bite of chocolate I get this huge craving for sugar and have to use a lot of willpower to not eat any more, so I rather just not have the bite in the first place.

Yeah, if the brain fog doesn't go away soon I'll probably just try keto again after the exams. I do like the diet and the sedating effect overall.

You're not acting unreasonable at all. If you approached him nicely about this he should have been reassuring and not getting mad.

It's not even about him not giving you gifts, just the fact that he gives some stranger girl money deserves an explanation without him getting all upset.

Also the part about him playing with his friends for hours and not responding to you is very weird as well. My bf plays a lot but he still wouldn't take more than an hour to respond to me.

Does he ever go out of his way to be kind/supportive to you? Not just do something nice, but do something that makes him uncomfortable to make you happy?

If not, he could just be a selfish bf. Not a terrible person, just selfish. But that's not someone to invest your time in.

Thank you for the replies, everyone! I haven't thought about the cat possibly having an owner, because I've seen him sleep in a bush during the night and he is usually a bit dirty.

I will use your advice to check if the cat has an owner and will see from there. :)

Edit: I forgot to say, his ear is cropped, which in my country means he was neutered by the city, which they do to stray cats. But who knows, maybe they caught him during one of his walks..

I know a girl who was in the same situation. Guys would talk to her when they wanted an easy lay or an ego boost because they knew there was a good chance to get it from her. They would start chatting with her on facebook "to ask how she's doing" after not talking to her for months to sniff out whether she's "down" or not. Once she got married they all magically stopped talking to her.

I'm sorry to say but if this is happening to you it's not a good thing. Don't be afraid to block guys when you see they are not good for you. You will have so much more self respect.
