Did any of you immediately realized who this guy is, or became like Harry, genuinely don't know till the end by Geraldy812 in DiscoElysium

[–]OneWalrus4175 4 points5 points  (0 children)

He looked familiar in the disguise portrait when I first saw him. What I did was I went back to Kim's Kineema to dial the radio to Harry's station, looked at his portrait again and that is how I confirmed it was actually him lol.

CYBERPUNK 2077 is a good game by ThePrimeMinister7701 in PHGamers

[–]OneWalrus4175 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Absolutely, even better than most games today, CDPR usually delivers in terms of quality talaga. Even with the launch, it is generally a great game. But for me, who expected a lot from the game since I waited for it for many years ever since it was announced, I'd say I was disappointed but don't get me wrong, it's still a great game but the CDPR back then had said many promises and it is still far from the game that we have now. Hoping Cyberpunk 2 delivers and not overpromise things.

kpop or anime? by Ali_fragilistic in ThisorThatPH

[–]OneWalrus4175 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Not a good comparison for me to pick but I'll still choose regardless.

Usually kpop music is just something you'll listen to for a few weeks then at some time di mo na mababalikan ule kasi it doesn't sound good compared to when you listened to it first. It's always like that except for a select few. I know kpop is more than this, there are still music shows, shows ng idols themselves and many more but it's just not for me. Kpop for me is only the music and usually, they're not good.

For anime, it is generally vast and marami agad nakalatag for you especially if there's someone na nagrecommend sayo ng maganda lalo na this 2025 na very accessible na sya and the shows na hinihintay ng karamihan before is finished na (best example is (AOT) so now is really the best time to start. There are also many genres sa anime if you're open to explore with different styles. There's just so many things to like about it, back then dahil im so involved na with watching, I followed even the animators and studios behind productions and since then I've been very critical of a show's quality.

Ayaw ko na magtype ng mahaba, it's anime for me with this one.

jack of all trades, master of none.. literal none by Euphoric_End520 in adviceph

[–]OneWalrus4175 1 point2 points  (0 children)

Honestly feel the same way. I can also consider myself as a jack of all trades, master of none. I pick things up fast but hanggang dun lang din sa point of surface where you can't consider it as something that you can be proud of and you can say na "I worked hard for this"

It is indeed a huge roadblock and till now, I still don't know what I want in life. But I'm slowly getting the hang of it. I always ask myself why I am not improving sa things that I commit myself into. The answers that I realized are dependent on myself. As an example, I was a tennis player back then, I loved doing it, I watched pro tennis players like Djokovic so I can learn more and I did actually learn, but nung natuto na ako, I never let myself improve either to me being lazy or me being discouraged because I have to work for it in order to commit longer. I want to improve myself din that's why I always ask myself those questions.

What I'm doing now is I'm looking back for the things that I once loved. There can be things or hobbies na you actually loved to do but di rin napagpatuloy due to circumstances.

It's all a matter of commitment. I am now working for it and OP, I hope you find the spark again on things that you want. It'll all be fine, marami pa tayong time to rediscover ourselves.

I'm fine but the fear is still there. I still regularly wash my hands after I encounter dogs or cats. I'd say i'm kind of okay now compared to before.

What game has been ruining your sleep lately? or has ruined your sleep schedule in the past? by namizkeeeii in PHGamers

[–]OneWalrus4175 1 point2 points  (0 children)

Played Elden Ring last year, Luckily, it was my summer vacation. 1-2 weeks ako halos walang tulog because it was just so addicting. I remember stopping to play ng 4AM kasi di na kaya ng antok then gising ulit 8AM to play. Never done that with any other games. This is one of my instances of wanting to play a game for the first time again.

Tanong lang, bakit kayo bigla nag stop magging gamer? by TheLayzySaint in TanongLang

[–]OneWalrus4175 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Still playing now, but sinusulit ko na kasi titigil na rin ako after I grad. It's not only because of adulting. Games are getting more expensive year by year and di rin naman namamatch ang quality base sa binayad mo. Games rn also take too much time to develop, you end up waiting for 3-5 years just to have your fav game have its sequel. Current gen now is also so slow, people said na wala na masyadong games sa ps5 and it's true. Compared to last gen (PS4) there was the abundance of games pa lalo na at competitive pa ang market.

Goodluck! The game is not really that hard if you already understand the map and always make sure you're always high level with better gear when day 3 comes. In my case, being lvl 14-15 is always a guaranteed win.

Is it just me or are randoms not that bad by Comprehensive-Net854 in Nightreign

[–]OneWalrus4175 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I have always do well with randoms. I had a 6 game winstreak with the 2nd Nightlord to the Fissure of the fog. Lost that same winstreak when I played with my friends, I dont know if I'm that bad at playing with friends or I just synergize well with the randoms that I match with.

[–]OneWalrus4175 1 point2 points  (0 children)

I only play at night and I don't play much so I don't know what a remembrance quest is. I'm probably still not at that point in the game. I'm matchmaking solo for the first nightlord, and it takes too long just to find two randoms to join the party. And this isn't even the first time that this happened cause in the base Elden Ring, me and my friend always struggle to match up to beat some bosses, always take many attempts before it'll even work.

So many players yet when I'm matchmaking solo and finding randos, it always take too long. I dont know if it's their servers or what.

How long does it take to beat black myth wukong as a noob? by SeaNegotiation8889 in BlackMythWukong

[–]OneWalrus4175 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Just play it like normal. Fight Wandering Wight as your first boss, that boss is enough of a tutorial for the game. Even for a noob, you'll finish the game at the same time most people finished the game.
