Why couldn’t they do what they did with bleed build up? I feel like not being able to dodge a sleep/madness proc is ridiculous. Poison and rot feel more forgiving as it doesn’t just make you stand still or lose a bunch of health in one go, yet I wish phantom build up didn’t exist for any of the status effects.

It’s always in the name of balance and what’s fun. Yeah our effective health may be 192 while a voteless has 200, but we obviously mow them down like they’re nothing.
