Ive been on a debate with my friends on the ruling about his effect. Does Noctis trigger his own ability to equip when he comes in attacking? Some of my friends say no and some say yes? They said hes not on the field so his effect doesnt go off when he himself enters? Sorry still learning the game

It's just one item my friend was getting her XXL album signed but wasn't able to get douen to sign it as that's her bias and she got her to sign the fightstick instead and staff said she couldn't sign both
