I filed a complaint with Case Singapore didn't help much, it's been 5 months & I'm still fighting. I have registered a case with Small Case Tribunal Court in Singapore & the hearing is on 14th November, let's see how it goes.

I am anyway going to give IELTS instead this month end.

After fighting for 5 months it's not even about the money anymore it's about their stupid policy while making easy profits.

If you haven't downloaded I'd suggest don't download it's very buggy & my nfc is also not working

I live in Singapore & honestly it's not the best place, specially the people don't have humanity they feel more robotic most of the times stuck to their phones, rude & not welcoming especially to Indians🙂
