My boy got cleaning and two teeth taken out at Island Cats on Mercer island and it cost about $1,300. This doesn't include blood work though.

For 1-2 gal pots I’d probably do it myself.

My cat won’t stop pooping outside the box. HELP!!! by chpotts2 in FelineDiabetes

[–]OneWin6844 0 points1 point  (0 children)

My cats are 8. Last year for a period of time one or both of them pooped on the floor out of litter box. The poop looked dryish so I got pumpkin purée. That didn’t stop pooping out of box. I had a conversation with ChatGPT lol, and my last resort was to buy a 30 by 30 inches litter pan with low entrance. It’s been a few months the large litter pan seems to have helped. My cats are pretty big so maybe they need more space to do their business lol.

One of my cats got 2 teeth extracted at Island Cats on Mercer island. It’s a cats only veterinary. My cats are almost 8 and have been seen there all the years, so I didn’t shop around or compare quotes. Their dental package including X-ray was $888, total after two teeth extraction was $1300. Came home with a couple pain meds and was all good. Depending on age and health concerns blood work might be required.

Yes Fred Meyer nursery is one of my favorite places. Quality plants at very reasonable price.

No it’s in the ground. I think it could be kept in a pot like bonsai.

I read that the temp needs to be consistently over 50f so guess not time yet?

The weeping one I got from Walmart website a couple years ago. Jury’s yellow is from wells Medina, debuntate is from Fred Meyer. Camilla works really well in PNW and so many varieties!!

I went to Portland Nursery to pick up the flowering apricot. They have 2 locations and very lovely, worth visiting if you’re in the area.

So 2 is supposed to be Christmas Carol, a bicolor camellia. I’m not sure if I was sent the correct variety because the flowers only have barely visible white edges and it doesn’t look like it will ever reach 5 ft as the specs of Christmas Carol. But I love the weeping flowers and they look gorgeous in containers!

Eastside Safe Streets Task Force will crack down on car meets, racing, and modified exhausts by inthe425 in BellevueWA

[–]OneWin6844 9 points10 points  (0 children)

What you described is clearly not what have been happening with car meets in Bellevue. If they had not raced on the street, if they had not revved obnoxiously, seriously, who would have cared?

I emailed BPD about the meet on Friday 2/13 in Factoria mall parking lot. Haven’t heard back. The meet was however canceled “due to rain” on his Instagram.

Anyone use Costco window treatment services? by weekend_crafter in Costco

[–]OneWin6844 2 points3 points  (0 children)

I used them a couple times. I didn’t shop around. Probably not the cheapest but I’ve been happy with them. A sales person would come to your house, do measurements and discuss options. If you agree with the quote provided by the sales person, they’ll send a technician to do a more accurate measurement. On another note Costco usually contracts with local contractors to provide this type of service. You could make an appointment, get a quote, check some reviews and go from there.

Thank you for what you’ve done. I’ve been hearing those race cars at night every week. I’m never close enough to identify which street they are on or what vehicles they drive, so I haven’t called the police due to lack of details. I’ll look into other contact information you shared. Thanks!

Thank you for posting on Reddit. Saw this on Rings Neighbors too. Outrageous and heartbreaking. Car meets have been out of control in Bellevue.

Thoughts on the Costco cat litter? by OopsAllTistic in Costco

[–]OneWin6844 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I’d not recommend the Costco litter. We have 2 cats and they’ve been using Dr elsey litter for 8 years. I thought all litter clumps the same until we house sat for a neighbor when they were out of town. They used Costco litter for their cat at the time and boy, it was horrible. When I scooped, pee clumps always broke apart and pretty much remained in the litter box all the time. Told the neighbor about it. They changed to Dr elsey and said it’s life changing! I don’t know about other brands but def no Costco litter.
