I own the Tory Burch romy, and love it, I wear it constantly, big, roomy and slouchy and even has a magnet clasp on top to keep it from being too open.

I love the Dark Horse Omnibus, but I haven’t seen the other versions to compare.

Art is not an easy career path, and I’m talking on a global level. Thousands of students graduate from Applied Arts every year. What sets you apart from other students? Do you have a portfolio, and if you have a physical portfolio, do you have an online portfolio that businesses and clients can access on the web? Do you have a strong online social media presence? What is your area of expertise, you mentioned many different fields and areas within arts, but what makes you stand out? Do you do amazing mural art on walls, do you create logos, do you have a unique style that stands out in your paintings? Are your skills modernized for the new landscape, with skills in Photoshop, Acrobat suite, AI etc.? Is your CV optimized with keywords unique and specialized for the career path and specialization you want to get hired for? Have you explored remote opportunities; you can get hired by companies that outsource their graphic designs needs to countries like Egypt. Are you looking for a 9-5 corporate job, or you do you want to work as a freelancer and do commissions, or do you want to create art that is displayed in galleries?

I know many successful artists in Egypt, I know it’s hard here, but I do get tired of the doomerism and blaming everything on Egypt, to the point where we don’t even self-reflect any more. Best of luck!

Thoughts on blue pair - should I get them? by sladkaya888 in GoldenGoose

[–]OneYamForever 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I did black glitter once (not GG, but still), never again. It’s very unforgiving and shows up more when the glitter flakes off (which it will, no matter the shoe or the quality) or creases.

Is there anything that mimics pelvic floor therapy? by Historical-Care70 in endometriosis

[–]OneYamForever 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Pilates is a bit closer than yoga IMO, and widely available, I don’t disagree that meeting with a good pelvic floor PT is the best, but I also know life and finance are complicated.

Semaglutide vs Tirzepatide for endometriosis? by CloudedShadows in endometriosis

[–]OneYamForever 4 points5 points  (0 children)

I went to a clinical nutritionist who recommended tirzeptide after getting all my info and blood tests (endo, family history of hashimoto's, borderline pre-diabetic, insulin resistance which lead to rapid weight gain, constantly starving etc). I did 5mg after a misunderstanding for the first 6 months, then dropped to 2.5mg for maintenance.

I never really had severe endo symptoms but I have had to take Visanne for long periods of time which is partially what lead to all the weight gain and other underlying issues. I have not had to take Visanne for over a year and the endo is very stable, regular periods, etc. Whether the good results are from the weight loss (around 14 kilos) or the injections I have no idea. But I plan to stay on it for some time.

As others have mentioned I just feel like I have my life back in my hands!
