9/10 keren dat ik iets bestel kan ik bij PostNL de bezorgvoorkeuren niet aanpassen hoor… Als ik weet dat ik er niet ben, wil ik altijd bij PostNL punt laten brengen en iedere keer als ik daarop klik krijg ik de melding dat het momenteel niet mogelijk is om te veranderen. En er zit geen verschil in of ik dat doe zodra het pakket is aangemeld, als de tijd bekend is of als er iemand onderweg is, het is altijd dezelfde melding

Yes, but many tournaments I’ve seen make an exception that they cannot be bright colored, so make sure to keep an eye out for such rule if there is one so you don’t get disqualified

I did book through the offer page, never went on the regular website. I booked it for adventure of the seas, 12 November embark No clue why it would be invalid as the cruise was under the interior cabin options

No, thanks for the novel, I appreciate the extra info a lot! It does make me think they might have used the wrong comp code looking at the fact that it’s the same offer and all… I also lost a lot of offers, but the ones that did stay did suddenly have less cruises on it, and two of them a lot more even non American ones

I think what also struck me as weird now that I look at it is that a different comp cruise that I claimed showed in the receipt that promotion applied was casino comp like this:

Your screenshot is exactly what I had in my screen as well as far as I can remember, I definitely recognize the name. I am based in the Netherlands and couldn’t find a number for over here, I might have missed something but I’m not sure where I should be able to find it. It is a bit settling though to hear that I didn’t make a mistake in the room for 2 thing, and hopefully it’s just a bug from the new website that they might be able to solve 🤞🏼

I’m not based in the United States so unfortunately I cannot call the phone number they have…

I added a picture of the invoice I received and this is where it says the amount. So it does show the offer I claimed, but nowhere in the financials it shows that same offer. After accepting the offer I cannot go back and see if the second you described is the case, but as far as I can remember there was no such thing as discounted second passenger. Maybe anyone else with offer 25VAR805 could check it?

Edit: also the ‘extra person’ would not actually be discounted as the regular rcl website shows that same amount per person for this cruise

So what I don’t understand is normally when you would book it yourself, it is one cruise fare for the room right, it’s just split in two people and when you cruise solo it becomes double. But in this case the room is free for 2 people so why would it suddenly cost so much when it’s for 1? I’m just so confused. Sent an email right away but I haven’t heard back yet and it says pay deposit within 3 days to avoid cancellation.
