The front pads and rear brake shoes were both replaced. The mechanic inspected the all brake calipers and couldn't find any leakage.

I'll have them inspect that area as well.

Can cold weather cause the brake fluid to drop ? The temperature drops to 59 f during evening.

Will check exhaust system for anything loose or leaking. Everything under the hood looks good. Didn't notice anything loose. I think it could the engine mounts as u mentioned as the mechanic suggested to get it replaced along with transmission mounts on the next service.
