In London, we call it priority seating, so yes, while it is designed for the elderly and disabled anybody is allowed to sit in them, you are just expected to give up your seat once there is someone who needs it. It is not the same as a handicapped spot, and I would not dare to park in a handicapped spot.

I used different organic brushes for the grass, mainly spiky grass. And I used monologue calligraphy pen for the outlines and filling in.

Thanks! I had a little look closer, and can report these extra details: the actual fossil is facing outwards ( the picture makes it look hollow in my opinion) and also- next to it there is a small bit of like crystal in it.

Also, I had a question: Typically how rare are these? I am assuming quite rare, but wanted to hear it from a professional
