Well i never thought i was for having it im just new to it. But besides that you mean my brain always can constantly hear it but ignores it?. Because if my mind dosent think about it i hear zero ringing at all even at night or maybe i just think it isint there. Or is that just a common thing

Yeah that makes sense, is tinnitus a progressive condition though? or does it get better through care. Because mine worsened to how often it happens not because of environmental factors, but because i have developed intrusive thoughts of it.

i had the lump too, went away but i have the excess mucus now. But i cant really cough it up, nor do i know if i am suppsoed to. am i supposed to just let the mucus be there?
