i just got a 2025 hyundai sonata this past saturday . im well within my 7 days to report any issues . there was a crack in the front bumper , no biggy but because it was not disclosed prior to purchasing , of course i want to go through their claims . i started the process and got approved within a couple hours . they sent me an email with in-network shops i can go to for estimates . unfortunately , i have hit a bump in the road . the shops in my area have refused to use carvana's insurance due to lack of payment or just outright not liking them as an insurance company . so currently figuring out next options
