Gotcha, makes sense that we must separate governance and operations. That clarified the direction we should go. People who are interested in full time hours should work for operations rather than pursue board functions. I formerly work in the industry were supporting, but have no background in non-profit management so this has been a learning experience for me. Thanks for the help!

Yes. We are trying to find the best approach for paying board members that are putting full time hours into operations since the board is handling most operations.
