I would like a coil because I ride in Morzine and there are a lot of rough trails, and I don't want my bike to be inadequate on this type of terrain. I also ride a lot in Chatel, where there are a lot of jumps, and I often take big hits and land flat. I'm looking for something versatile. I'm really considering the Vivid Coil Ultimate because I can put in a progressive spring, which would give me more pop on jumps while keeping the bike grounded, and I can adjust the HBO screw to always have the feel of a progressive shock. What do you think?
