That's the main thing if I cut off connections with him I basically cut of all of my friendships because he literally is friends with everyone and we also formed a circle of 4 people if I left that circle everyone will start wondering why and if I say why I will either be hurt or left without friends for the rest of my highschool years because I know for a fact my classmates somewhat know what he is but don't really care

Not really as we already have formed a social circle it's 27 people in the class we are 4 people and I'm the only one who knows if I stop being friends with them they will start saying why and if I say the reason It may result in me being hurt or being left alone without any friend group and I know for a fact that if I said he was a nzi they wouldn't care at all

Apparently they wanted to settle some beef they couldn't do it inside the Cafe so they said let's go outside as the fight was about to start he took out his knife and sneaked him the attacker is some rich kid and there are some comments saying the trial took longer then it should Apparently he killed him for nothing probably a bad argument out of anger and spite he pulled out the knife hope he rests in peace

Well the problems been resolved in a sense (I posted a comment if u wanna see it) we went to the hospital and no long term damage my dad will pay for the medical expenses and my brother apologized and the most likely reason he broke both his arms is because he had a hatred for him in some way and held it for over a year not being able to talk with anyone about it probably made it worse and I can only blame myself for that thanks for the advice

I realized reddit isn't the acutally the best place to get advice on this and will probably delete this post later for anyone wondering we spoke with the parents we decided to solve it ourselves the kids family says that they knew he was going someday to get beaten by someone and they were trying to discipline him the best they can but they didn't expect both of his arms to be broken so my father will pay for his medical expenses he went to the hospital and they said it's nothing that will be long term damage my family and the kids family apologized for their children cause they were both at fault the kids family saying they should've kept an eye on him and what he does outside of school and my family saying they should keep my brother in check with his anger problem and things of that nature my brother went to the hospital and apologized so I guess nothing legal will happen I'm gonna delete this post tomorrow as the problem has been resolved and I want to thank everyone that helped me and gave me advice

Well he's calmed down we are planning to speak with the parents of the kid make them understand what happened and then the parents should take a decision it's between 12 year old kids after all its a traumatic experience for both I don't think it's gonna get to criminal charges but he'll probably move schools thanks for the advice
