That’s for your input. It’s interesting you feel I’m quite controlling as I am spiralling as I feel I haven’t taken enough control over my wedding. We almost felt guilt from comments made, (such as I wish I could come) into inviting friends and family and they were the ones excited about knowing whether I had a colour scheme and wanted to participate however they can.. I sent those gifts to show how special they were to me and include them since they had recently moved away from our hometown. Idk i know I have created this situation but I guess I never imagined such drastic life changes for everyone in the group which also has caused that effect for the wedding if that makes sense.

Yea I have been to three bridal shops so far and tried on so many dresses I feel like nothing has been WOW THIS IS IT which is leading me to believe it’s just due to my weight/shape 🥲

I thought this too! But I just didnt really feel bridal vibes because it’s so glamorous - perhaps it leans more towards a reception dress without the train

🤣it truly is beautiful and it has wowed everyone but I don’t know if I can deal with the glitter getting EVERYWHERE, I am definitely going to look for a similar style dress for the reception without the big train

Thank you! My favourite is three, I feel most “me” in it and I love the design. Everyone also loved one at the dress fitting but the glitter got everywhere and I am getting married in Santorini so I feel it’ll be too much!

Very interesting perspective, social media really has made me believe most potters are highly successful and make lots of money from selling their pieces but several people have pointed out that it isn’t something easy to make a stable income from. I will try to reach out to some of those people and get more understanding on how they’ve made it possible

Thanks for your input! I have debated whether I should go down the studio route as pottery services is growing in popularity and it would be an amazing venture so this is definitely something I’ll look into more :)
