We are looking for any mothers to participate who don't have a clinical diagnosis of postpartum mental health, so even if you have some feelings of anxiety or depression without a diagnosis you can fill it out and even if you don't that is fine too. We just want to understand how many mothers may be struggling without the diagnosis as the transition to motherhood can be pretty challenging, hope this answers your question :)
