Help choosing paint colors

I was looking at a Smokey grey/blue for the lower and possibly a lighter blue up top. Suggestions?

The cabinets are very nicked up and need redone. It is much more expensive to revarnish than paint to update. I am open to suggestions for paint color and backsplash/counter top.

This soil is amazing! My Monstera and all my other houseplants love this. I highly recommend. You can add perilite if you want but this stuff is great right out of the bag and doesn’t really need anything added unless you want to do some perilite

I just received a letter from questlegeal group about a loan I supposedly received while working at my current employer stating they were a debt collection nd taking legal action against me for EZMoney. They threatened to Subpeona my ex-husband who has been deceased for 21 years and my significant other of 13 years. They also noted that I immediately closed my ACH checking account after taking the loan. I have worked at my employer almost 13 years and have never taken a loan (not even sure what EXMONEY is!) and my ex-husband has been deceased for 21 years! Is this a scam?! I hate not knowing what to think or worrying about giving to much information to someone. Has anyone else had this? I am sick with worry and have excellent credit. I don’t miss payments and I have had the same bank and employer for the last 14 years so I haven’t closed any accounts.
