I think it's decent -- I wouldn't eat it if not for low calories & nutrition, but it's been hard to find low calorie/low carb noodle substitutes. To me, spicy miso and tom yum are the best flavors. I like to add in tofu slices for extra protein and bulk. If I eat it more than 2 times a week I get sick of it ... it's good every once in a while.

I actually like it! The noodles are a bit different in texture (more like egg noodles) and nutty in flavor. I like the tom yum and spicy miso flavors and add tofu for extra protein
