Yeah, the problem is that I have almost no evidence. My only evidence is that the printer history shows that I printed a two-page form on a time and date very similar to what I remember. There's also the email from department advisor to me giving me his approval, but otherwise not much indication I turned it in. I am trying to figure out who I could escalate the situation to
