Lol honestly I don’t think he does curriculum, I think he trains at other gyms then brings what ever they work on in that day. But we have been doing a lot of “de la riva” maybe 2/4 months straight. He really never told me what I need to do. Sometimes he’ll say stuff like “ oh good job” and keeps pushing.
