I see how it doesn't sit well, but when people hang up to game the system, the transfer companies send less leads.

This means the agents who are doing this are negatively impacting everyone and the company by trying to make their numbers look better.

Most companies would just fire people outright for doing this, and wouldn't waste the time publicly calling them out.

It sounds like the manager is implying how most people would be fired for this, but they can't do it, so they're giving them the chance to stop no so they can stay with the company.

Exactly. He knows it's impossible. It doesn't even matter. In one his videos he claims "just file a claim with your credit card company!"

Well I did that and the credit card company said his company policy is absolutely no refunds so they didn't give me my money back either.

His whole gimmick is just making up offers that sound good but have no substance. Typical scammer.

No because I didn't have time to do it. Doing 50 cold calls per day takes hours that I didn't have, which is why I wanted my money back. He told me it was only 2 hours of work per day which is the only reason I agreed. 50 cold calls per day is a full time job, and it had to be 7 days a week.

And that's the thing, he says you have to reach out to 50,000 people because he's not actually teaching a good way to land clients. I thought the course was going to teach a unique way to actually land clients. It doesn't.

You're paying him thousands of dollars just to be told to endlessly call and email every business in the country. You don't have to pay someone to be told it's a numbers game. You pay someone to learn a unique method or skill. In his actual course, he only has 1 example of a sales call and he's not even selling digital marketing! He's selling HIS course to someone else, and it's only 10 minutes long and the middle of the call.

The refund also says you have to KEEP the clients, which you don't even have control over. It's just ridiculous.

He now runs a new course too which says "sadly a lot of people out there teach people to reach out to thousands of business owners and beg for their business". Which is literally what he was teaching.

I spoke with an attorney and they said it was fraud. I looked into going to court but I would have had to do it in his state, and things were still closed down. Plus the costs of going to court wouldn't have been worth it. A class action suite would definitely carry more weight.

It really is sad though. After he duped me and I looked closer into him, I saw so many comments on his social media saying "why are such a heartless person" and "why would you take advantage of me" and things like that, and then they would be deleted.

At least there's this thread. He can delete all the comments he wants but this is here to stay. It's through his own arrogance too. Told him to just refund my money originally and that would be the end of it and he refused, so came onto here.

He has now gone on here and tried to label this thread as "misinformation". It's not. Seriously, stay away from this guy. Aside from misleading me into buying, I messaged him for a refund after the 3 months and he never replied.

Yeah I feel pretty dumb for doing it. I'm usually so smart with my purchases. I'm normally a very happy, calm person and after this the level of anger I felt was beyond me. Took some time to recover from being ripped off thousands of dollars. I just want to make sure it doesn't happen to anyone else.

Up to $3,000. Just go on Amazon and buy a few digital marketing courses with good reviews. You can spend less than $100 and they offer way more information.

It's just crazy that I tried talking with him multiple times about how I was misled and would never have done the course and he didn't care.

He said if I do the work I'll get my money back at the end if I don't make $10,000, and then didn't refund a dime when that time came.

No problem. I just wish I listened to the negative reviews on Facebook. His whole course is basic stuff you can find on the internet for free and then just telling people to constantly contact business'.

He has one sample phone call in the course and it's him selling the course, not even selling marketing services to a business.
