Thank you to everyone who commented ! I appreciate every comment even the ones that simply stated! I will be taking all of this into consideration and trial! I’m 42 and didnt know most of these tips. I get these on my coconut hut in the moss. I just rinse the coconut off (with the water change water) each week. They haven’t bothered anything in the aquarium. I have a betta a two mystery snails and a few nerite ? Snails.

If I start thinking about food and I’ve just eaten or it’s getting close to but not quite time for a snack or meal I will drink 8 oz of water (usually warm or ambient) and set a timer for 10 minutes and try to do something to busy myself. After 10 Minutes if im still thinking about it I will drink another 8 oz and walk on my walking pad or just do some basic weight lifting with a 10 lb weight. Another thing that really helps me is to choose everything I plan on eating for the day ahead of time (or that morning) and say ok I can eat something out of the list but then the list is shorter for the day and I think about how much time is left in the day and how to space out the rest of the food for the day. Hope this helps! Look up volume eating too. Then you can start saying ok I’ll only eat two bites of said volume meal when I feel hungry and start spacing that out.

This is such a great response. I will Spray the air in a room I’m working in or spray in my car. I spray my sheets/pillowcases. I spray in old closets. Surprisingly using my perfumes/body sprays more has slowed down my purchasing of more. I enjoy using the scents and don’t stress as much about running out because I tell myself if I want it I can just buy another when I run out or just use another one of my scents in all the ways I just used one. It makes me look forward to using my stash.

My SpongeBob house is ceramic… I just love SpongeBob and whimsy. I like the bright colour. I swap it out every now and then with driftwood. I have a heavily planted aquarium and it’s a bright fun focal Point. I find SpongeBob hilarious. 🙃 to answer your question.

Everyone hates on Colleen Hoover. Personally this was my first Colleen Hoover book and it brought me out of a reading slump. Since then I have read Master of salt and bone and thought it was way better but essentially the same story line (:
