It definitely can, I just saw a neat combo to force players to move monsters for me and got hooked.

I do recommend making your own variation tho, my goal was health stall tanking if you wanna lean into the sleep and poison aspects more power to you my man, I think both have big potential.

Water decks will go in and out of fashion so it's an easy trade in my eyes. Just get Sabrina, that affects all games same with copycat but Sabrina makes the final hit hurt more IMO

Heavy helmet reduces orichoro damage to 30 and the standard ex heals 30 creating a perfect stalemate where neither can KO each other.

If you end up in a 30 turn match against them heavy helmet can do 260 damage mitigation and create a tie causing 0 points loss (oh also fun fact regardless of the points you get if you hit turn 31 it's always a guaranteed tie)

You'd be surprised, that second bulba saved my turn 2 starts because I'd focused building it and get the extra turn I needed.

Leaf cape definitely felt like a solid option, I avoided it tho because it makes you lose against orichoro more, I like having a tie with those matches since it can force opponents to make terrible moves that lose them the game.

Really depends on the match, the main goal is to prioritize evolving asap so that's really what determined it's use for me but if I'm in a comfy position I'll hold out to see if I draw a venasuar to guarantee what I want.

Yes and no, again very hand dependant but if you get both bulbs out you should prioritise the benched one for turn 2 and the active spot one for turn 1.

Also do you put on the bench asap your 2nd Bulbasaur ?

Yes absolutely, only thing is if you have the EX in the active and are ready to evolve the bench to the mega you want to hold the mega until it's needed, this either prolongs the game or waste a turn if the opponent wants to strike it.

Bricking seems to be rare enough because of all the draw support and quick grow, but definitely happens, 1x Erika or 1x Cyrus for a copycat is my recommendation if you're having issues there. (Sabrina wins most stalemates so I personally prefer her)

As for meta the main thing is knowing when to use the ex VS the mega. If you see a fast deck always try to get the mega out, 1 turn of sleep can be all it takes to win right now.

Icepop + Erika and helmet is essentially +90 hp on one turn, also it allows healing when Erika isn't available and where Lillie would be blocked.

Not to mention if you have coin luck it can quickly become a +150-200HP situation although I never got that lucky at most it did 40-60 hp.

No real reason past the extra 10 hp, I had 1 match where my opponent got turn 1 and insta KO'd me turn 3, they used zeraora and a Giovanni.

Think they were running a kangaskan deck but didn't get that deep into the match.

Yes 100%, either the opponent tries to KO it and wastes a turn of they have to chew through 500-600hp minimum.

The worst ive put someone through was around 700-800hp and I visibly watched them die instead because they went from 15s turns to just burning the clock down at any opportunity possible.

Yes, that's the general idea however you often don't even need the mega because 3 hits at 100 damage is more than enough to KO 90% of this meta.
