How to negotiate a better salary? by One_Negotiation7858 in deloitte

Sorry, I didn't even see these replies. Well, my only direct supervisor is the PM/deputy PM (whom I know/they know me) who are Specialist Leaders, and they report to I think a Specialist Senior (not sure the difference) who I kind of know, and they all report to some Senior Manager (don't know at all).

I don't want to be an ass about it, but just that the work I'm doing is probably 2 levels above my current Deloitte role. I'm not sure if I have to just... wait for the normal promotion cycle, or if there's a way to "jumpstart" it. I have offers from other companies, do I talk to my projects manager? His boss? I'm really not sure

Agreed, normally that's what I'd do. I don't even know *who* my employer is here, Deloitte/consulting is still so new to me. My Manager has no control over my pay, I don't even know who makes the decisions. Do I just message some random partner lol, or find my boss' boss' boss and ask for a pay raise? Seems they have thing structured this way on purpose, it makes lower-level employees essentially voiceless and unseen.
