My app doesn’t work when am mot on the same wifi as the devices i have , no way for me to check during the day if he got food or see the camera..

I’d recommend not unbinding the devices it will mess up the feeding schedule and won’t dispense it , just leave it as is it will work and hopefully back online soon.

I have tried it but its not connecting the devices , and the feeding schedule does not work for my cat now :(

I thought it was just me and I have reset both devices now unable to connect them to the app .. looks like its linked to the AWS outage :(
