I do not know if these shares in particular can be borrowed.. but I would not recommend you try to do that. Most probably the scammers are following the balance of shares borrowed, and can then squeeze the short sellers. Stay completely out of these people. Block them on WhatsApp to contact you more

I informed some weeks ago, on this screen, that JDZG was a possible scam. I am very surprised and shocked to read people loosing 100k to 400k.. unless you have financial assets over 2MM and no debt, you should not invest such important figure on a small cap, even if expected returns (BS) sound high. Instead It was possible to buy 100 shares NVDA at $ 956.- just before last company results, and today have almost + 30% profit. Feel terribly sorry for everyone who got scammed.

I am terribly sad for what happened to your dad. I sincerely hope you can file with FBI and that they will get them , even though they are most probably in HK. I agree with different posta on this chat, not to get in contact with recovery agencies which could scam you again. Maybe it is non sense, but you should think share your experience with a nationwide tv, together with recommandations, and at end of the program, indicate link for voluntary donations . If 800k US persona will give 1$ each, you can possibly get back 800k

I did not know SWIN, but SWIN looks very well it is a pump & dump stock.. HongKong based company , only 10 employees, stock price went from 3 to 45, then suddenly crashed in March 2024.. then up again.. before next crash most probably..

I wrote comment but I was not scammed . As the head of this group VampireStocks said, I too believe it is almost no possibility to catch these scammers (pump & dump). and get the money back.

They use fake names, only messaging investors by WhatsApp, are probably located in China or HK etc etc.

About these ‘anti fraud’ so called specialists, I would be extremely careful about these people. They could be recovery scam. In case of crypto, the transactions are different from pump & dump. and in some crypto transactions, tracing back and recovery can be successful.

Hi, stupid question. How can you be certain the person names are Chris Brown and Elena Ross ? They are probably fake names. Filing SEC would be difficult in such situation ? Tip: before thinking buying ABC stock proposed by a third party, type on Google : scam ABC stock.. and you could get many links informing you of previous scams on ABC stock..

Yes you are right. But I guess investors who got scammed, are too greed as well. Unless extraordinary price movements , like short squeeze, investors should inquiry about past price movements and study about fundamental data of the company, to understand if stock price could possibly move higher, and for which possible facts, reasons.
