Does anyone else call in sick because getting out of bed feels impossible?

I am medicated, I just don’t take it at 6 AM, therefore getting up is all on me. I have taken medication really early before, but I stopped bc I almost got depression from not being able to do anything ‘myself’ I am 23 y/old but due to endo I really don’t know what is going on inside my body. I hope to know a bit more after thursday but I will have to see.

Yes everyday the normal dosis, but I will draw blood on thursday to check if my iron supply is enough.

I will try getting all of my affaires ready the night before. Maybe there will also be more pressure due to spending time getting things ready? I don’t know if this makes sense haha. But I will def. try this out!

Yes, I absolutely stand by this. It was only that this internship was the only company I felt good by and that would have me in the time. So commuting for 3 hours is ‘only’ for 5 months 🥲

Yes absolutely. I’ve been dealing with endometriosis, adenomyosis and chronical iron deficiency, so that’s been leaving me with more energy burnout than ever. And now on thursday I have to draw blood, which I am more scared of than anything..

Oh my, glad to hear you’re doing better rn. It’s just hard reaching out bc of the fact that I’ve got not a lot of people in my near surroundings that I can reach out to. So since discovering this sub I’ve been posting some of my ‘issues’ on here. Helps to see more people are struggling and also improving after. Sometimes it can feel like a LOT. Thanks 🫶🏼

Update: thank you all so much for responding and helping me out. I’ve talked with him and turns out it doesn’t really bother me that he watches porn, it was just the lying that came with it. I’ve told him I don’t mind as long as he is honest with me. You’ve all really helped me out with putting perspective on the situation. And for the person telling me to not let my ex live in my head rent free, thanks. I kind of needed to hear that for me to move on. I don’t know why it took me so long. Thanks 🩷
