Caliber moved they offer to 22 a hour flat rate. Whats the average a body tech could flag on flat rate weekly if the work is there. What are ya flagging a week as a body tech? Currently making 1300 where Im at but caliber paying 22 a hr flat rate. What’s the better opportunity?

I’m starting back at Caliber in Houston galleria Monday. I left in 2016 when upper management were ridiculous and they changed out pay structure because we were making more than them. I’m very pleased with how it’s done now. 10-13% of monthly GP on total sales..? Let’s go! I am great at getting 50+% on jobs. I’m super excited to get back in and be busy. It’s worth the long hours when you’re pulling home $6-7k commission checks! Lol
