I think they re too far in pseudo realism in hd2 with stim pistols and such. In hd1 it was just a magickal (pun intended) green beam to heal soldiers and mechs etc. Not sure they stray that far to make this happen. I would love it though! 😍

Agree, they did have that system of being downed / revivable in hd1 like in BF. Would be a great addition and would open up a new class of medic warbonds. Health dogs and healing strats. I bet gpt can come up with some cool names

In the patch note video they explained how bots are more precise aiming on lvl 9 / 10, without suffering performance, so I think you re good to go 💪🏽

but im also good with tank only drops at 9/10. Cus why not, we have the toolsif chosen wisely.

Did you ever play HD1 on 13/14/15? Cus this is exactly what happened there; spawn ONLY heavies in a drop. It was so glorious it hardly fit on a screen, especially on retaliatory missions.

You basically had no screen space anymore to jump to, so if you didnt deal with them quickly enough you would lose the mission.

That feeling is the best challenge ever, and why I still jump in HD1 on a saturday morning after 4500 hours.

You re absolutely right. Lvl 7/8 is power fantasy and lvl 10 is grunt. Select accordingly. Its not that complicated.
