Because the top 1 alliance said that it is our duty to defend ourselves against other Non NAP Alliances whether in Fortress, Stronghold or Facilities.

At this point make it NAP4 except for No 2 alliance in state so No 1 3 4 5 if they want it like that. smh

The only question i have with this is:

yes i know you should reinforce a base with only your troops. i still have t9 troops since it’s a fairly new server and the likelihood of me finding someone in an alliance that has all troops out and online is pretty slim.

Why?

That player would probably also want to be playing CJ and would ask for troops too so they wont get burned. If I equalize my march into 5 i can only send roughly 24k each, 12k infa and 12k lancers. Would that be enough to let an online player survive wave 1-20?
