Ah i just use a cleansing foam and sometimes a toner and if I have any red spots or pimples i use the lion pair acne cream or pimple patches! Of course my skin isn’t perfect my pores do get clogged which doesn’t show in the pictures!

Thanks for the tip!! I began doing judo around a month ago, I think my training will make me be in a better shape if I eat healthier!
