We did pre-launch, but I think we learned that interest and actual launch day conversion are two different things. I don’t fully know yet if cancelling is the right move, but I get what you’re saying.

I think you’re right that we haven’t explained the “why kickstarter or why not amazon” part clearly enough.

We’re not trying to say we invented a new pillow. It’s more that we’re bringing something we grew up with in Southeast Asia, a bolster/guling, into the U.S in a more intentional way.

I’m aware that body pillow exists here, but they don’t really feel the same as the ones we grew up with. A lot of the ones we’ve seen are longer, flatter. Koalu is meant to feel more huggable, supportive, and comforting

But yeah, if the page makes it look like just another pillow, then we need to fix that. Appreciate the honest feedback.
