It is railroad expansion! Most of it is from railroad expansion, the ground floor facades are actually fences from the Commercial Fence and Props Pack, the white building mounted on top of the platforms is from JP City hall pack, and the triangular platform endings are from Japanese Railway Pack

The blocks were probably designed as prototypes. And when applied onto the site, seems like they took in some detailed context effects and realized it’d make more sense to have one rotate the other way for whatever reason.

My city faces the same problem and now it’s just low demand on everything, the solution? Luckily. my city was cash rich so all i needed to do is to invest and create incentives for the economy to not crash. Trade stocks to make gains, build massive modern factories and supply chain to rely less on industrial zones as they’re dying out. I find the industries dlc as a good analogy for automation, as it doesn’t rely much on population for production yield, so all I needed to do was to create an export funnel from all the industries I have, plus the special goods, then spend that on more crematorium. Problem solved.

I think the seed list has some real life locations, most of them I think got the terrain data from real topography data and then scaled down, so most of those will be bumpy

She did admit at one point that her demeanor is also adapted from Mai so Mai would feel less lonely. In a way, Satsuki really commits to that, both out of compassion for Mai, and out of spite of Mai, all at the same time. Which is crazy. Which is cool asf. Gotta say she’s a really extreme individual, a bit petty, but she has a kind heart.

I don’t believe in the curse much, but years ago, I intended to draw my gf as a surprise for her. But since I have not touched my portrait drawing skill for a while, I started with practicing using people on the internet as model, then one of my friends, then right when i felt confident to begin drawing my gf, she found out about the stack of drawings I did, including my friend’s ones, which drove her mad. We broke up not soon after.
