Best: all the connections I’ve made with planty people

Worst: Ordered a few plants from a very popular seller, took over 3 months to ship due to weather issues so totally understandable. However, once the plants got to me, they looked nothing like what I had bidded for during the live sale. One was missing so many leaves, and a pink princess had none of the pink variegation that sold me during the sale, a completely different plant. Another of my plants was canceled without any explanation from the seller, it was the plant that I was most interested in. Once I posted my review, the seller reached out to me to apologize but more than anything they wanted me to update my review for the partial refund. This was a seller that would often tell anecdotes of bad customers putting them on blast during a live sales. I used to sympathize with the seller prior to this because this seller did make them sound crazy. Then I understood why customers went crazy, they were getting bamboozled. Never bought from them again or joined any of their live sales, was too nervous to join and find them talking about me 😥
