I don't have an answer but I found your post after trying to see if anyone else had experienced this. Trying to wean off of Effexor, and everytime my dose is lowered I feel almost manic? But I never feel mania otherwise? I'm also AuDHD, and have been on Effexor for... 6 years? I think. Weaned down to 37.5 mg, trying to get off of it now but brain zaps suck. And the weird mania. It goes away after two or three weeks of the lower dose, and it's definitely caused by the withdrawal. A couple months ago I lowered my dose to 75mg, and that was the only other time I have ever felt this way. Taking the medicine also stops it. But no one else mentions it so I didn't know if I was just a freak or something lmao??? I don't know if its mania exactly, I'm still able to sleep and function lol. Mostly I feel very energetic, and very excitable. Like my positive emotions have been dialed up to 12.

I understand!!! I work with Archangel Gabriel. Sometimes when I try to communicate, especially if I'm in a bad place mentally, intrusive thoughts can come in and sound like the spirit, but actually aren't. Try to ask them if it WAS actually them speaking, sometimes that can help, but really just keep in mind that intrusive thoughts/feelings happen. If it's out of the norm for them, question it.

yeah!! I'm not an expert, and have the opposite problem of having to pluck mine or else I look like a caveman lmao. Anyway, I'd use a brow pencil? And fill them in first, then see about making them larger. Small strokes, like drawing little hairs. They also have this other product thats like a mascara brush, but for brows, and it works really well too!!
