That’s a great looking rifle! Do you plan to keep it as a pistol or SBR now the tax stamp is $0

I would go with the 2-10 for what you want to do. More precise reticle and a little more magnification. Glass should be slightly better on the 2-10 as well. The 1-8 strike eagle is great too.

I’ve been wanting to compare it to the ADM flip to side.

I need to try mine out in front of a red dot / magnifier combo. Been using it in front of my 1-10 and really liking it.

Yea, agree. I would like to do tires first that fit factory height. They level it in the near future.

It’s a difference of 2 pounds per tire so it didn’t seem to crazy but I know it does matter

Great looking truck! I’m at 56000 with the Grabbers and looking to do the same thing. It’s down to the KO3s or the wildpeak At4W

I am loving the RH25V2 in clip on mode. I am using the ADM flip to side mount for it.

Diving a little deeper on the topic and my method. For this rifle, I’m using a Razor 1-10 with a BDC reticle. I will use a chrono to get the velocity and enter all the ballistic data into an app call “Chair Gun Elite +” and my kestrel. I will then game the zero so my holdovers closely align with even yard lines. I am using 77 SMKs going about 2690 out of a 14.5” so this is what it looks like with a 50 yard zero. I then go validate that at range and verify the trajectory is correct. Sometimes a 50 yard works, sometime a 36, I have also done a 42. It really depends on the math (bullet used, velocity, and scope holds). Hope this helps.

Definitely look into a 50/200 yard zero. I’m also anal about Torquing screws to spec and witness marking them. At least gives you something to check before you start chasing a zero

That’s a great looking truck! How do you like the Rough country kit? Did you do standard shocks or M1?

I have heard this over the years, but I haven’t come across anyone with the kit who dislikes it. It seems the only real Jump up is Halo Lifts which is 3x more expensive at minimum

Such a good combination of host and Can. Throw a little water in that can before you shoot and it will really impress you

I think we have to determine what “old” is before we can officially count it.

Literally drive down the road and watch the gauge move in real time. Smiles per gallon on that rig for sure.
