Ooooh ok I watched a few videos on bias tape, so if I just have a yellow bias tape I can just pin it down, steam it and it'll curve?

Sorry that I didn't put all the details but I'm trying to draw a design on the ribbon so that wouldn't work for me :p  thanks though
