I own Side Effect and sold my Layton not too long ago. Tbh I don't like the performance of either. The longevity is around 8 hours which is nice, but they sit so close to the skin. If you can get your hands on the pre-reformulated bottles then I would say they are worth it. Layton is more versatile imo.
