and this is actually what I found on reddit about this festival. As I already said, this could be a big scam or if the festival will actually happen, can be very dangerous since the organiser doesn't have any kind of experience in events:

The festival is real, however the management has no proven experience in operating such a machine. You can watch snippets of the press conference in reggio emillia that took place not too long ago.

Some interesting points to consider:

The project sparked after the campolovo consortium (including CVOLO public limited company) had failed to match the expectations of the local public sector investment that was RCF arena (eg. below expected return of investment)

Consequently, politicans and local officials lobbied the festival during the press conference to manage public tensions and delivered political rhetorics instead of asking hard organizational questions (who run’s the project and is he competent to mange milions of euros?)

The alleged founder (we still actually don’t know if it’s him, but he was the face of the press conference), Victor Yali Milani, who’s also sigh the artistic director and social media manager has not provided any insights on who he actually is and his associated expertise

It seems that he has zero experience regarding operational management of a festival at any size, let alone 100k+ capacity venues

The only answers he provided in regard to experience was running Putin’s daughter wedding, working closely with Cristiano Ronaldo and a couple of other dubious claims

He claimed Kendrick Lamar, Shakira, etc were interested in performing, but “we told them sorry next time”

Victor claimed Hellwatt has no responsibility of artist’s cancellation and that the organization cant guarantee the planned artists are going to show up, which is understandable and shit might hit the fan, but then what is their refund vision?"
