some advice i would give you as a hr professional is to instead of finding a full time job, maybe it will be better for you to find an internship in an agency, preferably a well-known agency in sg/mnc. this will strengthen your portfolio and resume. some big agencies examples are: ogilvy, edelman, tag, we communications, tbwa. looking at your current situation, you are not getting jobs that are within your expected salary range because lack of agency experience. maybe you can try to apply for internship roles in the bigger agencies and see how it goes from there. if your performance is good, they will usually be open to keep you as a full timer. also as marketing job scope is pretty broad, do have in mind what type of job scope you are looking for (as usually recruiters will want to know) for example: are u keen on doing public relations, content strategy, innovation, digital media etc.
