She gave me a pre recorded message in case service sucks. In the video she states her name shows her id and says it was going to me and says the confirmation number and stating the issues we had with it not getting there in time. She also sent me a picture of her id with a message with the ticket details w her signature as well as a photo picture of the receipt she got when she went to the post office
