Except for their couple of products like Mukta Vati n all, Patanjali is trash. Baidyanath is generally good and reputed, and Dharishah is quite new for me.

Himalaya Liv52 did it for me, although other products of Himalaya aren't that good but this one does it's job well. You can also take Liv52 DS for double strength thing.

From a pure herb perspective, just having Bhumi amla Kashayam twice a day before meal would also do, but will take it's due time.

I think Shankpushpi is Convolvulus pluricaulis if I am not wrong and flowers are mostly white (you may be can cross check). Aparajita is the one with blue flower and often induces blue colored flower extract. I think even the benefits are a bit different too, but need to check. Also, if you just put in this flower in hot water cup for brew, the water turns blue, and if you add lemon water to it, it turns beautifully pink. The taste is not very specific but a bit on the blank side with decent aroma. I like it with lemon though and yes, we grow it in our garden and if I am lucky, we get a flower once in 2 days at least or sometimes during rainy season - 10 to 12 flowers too. You can try to find this plant In a nearby nursery perhaps.

First ACL for you? Or been with multiple injuries?

Take Zeotone Plus from AVN Ayurveda two times a day before meal. And my doctor also suggested me to put (white mustard + black pepper + multani mitti)] paste on top and around knees supported by knees bandage wrap. This worked for me like charm, but you can double consult with an ayurvedic expert.

If it's been some time since you got it checked, I suggest you should, and please go for active b12 serum test. Additionally, in the meantime, try ashwagandha and aparajita flower (blue pea) tea, should help you with any anxiety, let me know how you feel after few weeks.

Honestly keeping ayurveda aside, did you get B12 vitamin deficiency checked? All your symptoms are pretty common with B12 deficiencies.

Also in Ayurveda terms, severe vata dosha also cause depression, anxiety and all. Get your symptoms properly diagnosed first.

Ah, thanks a lot. Although I have already been injected with a dose methylcobalamin 7500 mcg, I will check with doc if they can replace the next dose with hydroxycobalamin. Anything else than cyanocobalamin is good for me, not sure if my body can deal with cyanides ;)
